What you see is what you get, which is nice. It came nicely packaged, and I wasn’t concerned about any damage. I love that there is a step-by-step guide on how to use these tools to repair your Nintendo Switch’s microSD card reader.I don’t know if the actual replacement bit works yet, though, because while removing the screws to the back plate, a screw stripped. I am unsure if it is a fault with the screwdriver or if the screw was already wonky and trying to remove it made it worse. Either way, I am a little frustrated (and have just bought things to remove and replace the stripped screw), but the screwdriver itself feels well-made, which is why I gave it 5 stars. I’ll edit or resubmit with lower rating if there is an issue with the replacement part.

Super easy to replace. Worked once I was able to get it properly snapped in place. The part where it connects to the switch is small and doesn’t stay in place well, which is more of a Nintendo issue than anything. But the part works, so we’re happy!

Did the trouble shooting and found my reader was the issue. I ordered thus part and it fixed my issue. I’m glad I ordered this specific one that came with the tri-tip screw driver because I did not have that tool and couldn’t have done the repair without it.

I’d consider myself a tech hobbyist, but I don’t often find myself replacing smaller end electronics. If you’ve got doubts about your abilities this is a great opportunity to jump in and fix something with low risk.No soldering, no wiring, just a small plug and play SD Card reader. Couple of small bolts.A lot cheaper than contacting Nintendo outside of warranty. [I did initially they offered to fix it for 100 + shipping, then 70, free shipping, then 44 and free shipping. Still have to wait weeks for a there and back]
