Why does my device reconnect while charging?

Does the power strip support wireless charging or have the function of a power bank?

No, it does not support wireless charging nor has the function of a power bank.

Why does the charging indicator stay on for a few seconds after the AC cord is unplugged?

The power strip has components with large capacities and will store power, so it will continue to light up for a few seconds after switching off.

My device supports up to 100W charging, so why isn’t the blue LED indicator lighting up?

When charging, the voltage and current will constantly adjust and change. If it does not reach 90-100W, the blue light will not illuminate. Please use a cable that supports 100W.

This is easily one of the best purchases I’ve made. I recently took this on a trip through Europe with my fiancee. We both work remotely, I on a MBP and she on a recent Dell. We brought along our dedicated chargers in addition to this thing, but next time this will be the only power source in our luggage. The two USB-C ports had no trouble keeping our laptops charged. The USB-A ports were perfect for my smartwatch, her iPhone, or our battery pack, or whatever else needed charging, and this thing kept charging everything *quickly*.As a bonus, the two extra outlets are connected directly to the plug. So we only needed one international plug adapter, and the outlets delivered 220v to the North-American style pop-up plugs. It’s thin and packs away nicely. It fits snugly in small packs or pockets of a backpack. It simplified charging all of our devices on planes, trains, and at home. And, if kept next to your bed, the LED can be turned off.My only asks would be to have different cable lengths and plug styles available. Those international outlet adapters can be quite bulky, and there were a couple situations where a 1ft cable would’ve been plenty long enough. Also, some outlets on planes made the flat, offset plug a little awkward, so a straight-through plug would’ve eased my mind about cable strain. But, overall, this thing is absolutely incredible. I would happily buy this again, and will be recommending it to my social circles.Bravo, Anker

I love the size and quality of this and the fact that is has fast charging ports on it. the build quality is great. the entire unit feels very durable I have used it to charge phones lights and earbuds all while having something plugged in to the outlets and it always performed as intended not heat. and the plug on it is a right angle plug so it can fit behind furniture that is up against a wall. Would completely recommend this to others

Update: got anker’s another great product 643 USB-C to USB-C 100W cable and tested with my Dell XPS 15 – unfortunately charging station can give only up to 65W on PD USB-C port which might be enough for most of other laptops and tablets, but definitely not enough for Dell XPS 15 which requires >90W PSU… adn at 65W gives warning at boot stage that laptop will have to use battery to compensateBeing a relatively long time Anker “consumer” I usually don’t question if it will work the way it’s presented on site, so instead of “trying” ordered two of those in one shot. One definitely goes to my laptop and camera bag for travel purposes – not to carry Samsung wireless duo charger (it’s not sleek) separate charger for flash battery and other gadgets… emptying space in my backpack. Another one went to my desk…Reassembling PowerBar it really missing battery part, but that could make it thicker, so with this config it remains slick and compact for both desk stationary or travel options… detachable cord makes it easy to use for travel – charger as power bank type slick “brick” and wrapped cord separate… being optimized in all ways it has great power plug – thin profile, so it doesn’t stick out from outlet and cord positioned at 45 degrees, so it doesn’t “eat” extra slot on power extender strip or wall outlet… and those 2 power outlets make it great “hybrid” of charger and power extender strip…Charging itself is fantastic… on all 4 ports, tried simultaneous charging of two Note 10+ , S8 and old S4 same time – amazing…I’ll check if I have high power capable usb-c to usb-c cable, so I can test PD to my Dell XPS15 and hope it will be enough for that laptop at least to keep it at constant charge whilst running and that will empty another extra space in my backpack for Dell original charger…Overall, whoever is familiar with Anker, knows that it isn’t just worthy, but one of the must have…

I have several items that go with me in my travels and this is definitely one of them. This charging station is definitely one of my go-tos when I’m mobile, able to plug into my computer while also charging several other devices. Granted, you have to understand the total 100W charging and that every time you plug something in, it splits the total charging watts between everything drawing power – not a big deal, just do your math. Anker has developed all the portable charging stuff I have been needing through the years, with batteries, charging stations and wireless charging bases for the portable batteries – allowing me to be truly portable and confident that I’ll be able to function with my laptop, portable monitor, phone, and all other devices, even while hiking and stopping at a picnic table to spend some time working.

I’m happy with the charger with my initial testing. It trickle-charges two laptops simultaneously and fast-charges them one-at-a-time. I can additionally plug in another 100W charger to an AC port to fast-charge two at once. It also fast charges a laptop and a phone at the same time. The charger is about the size of a modern cell phone but a tad thicker. I got gold, and it’s an attractive color, but I kinda wish I went black/gray now. The pop-out AC ports are pretty cool. They’re spring-loaded so when you start to plug something in, they pop up. Very clever way for them to keep this thing pretty thin. So far, it doesn’t get too hot, but I’ve not used it a ton yet, so that could change.Anker informed me that this does NOT support PPS charging profiles, so some phones (and other devices) might not charge at max speeds, even if they use standard charging under 100W (there’s no chance the proprietary fast charging phones will work via these USB-C ports, but you probably already know that).I haven’t used the USB-A ports, just the USB-C ports. I’ve used a few phones and four laptops: an Acer Chromebook, Lenovo Thinkbook X1 Extreme, Asus Zephyrus G14, and a Dell Latitude 7480. I’ve got a couple USB-C meters but have only worked with one for about 10 minutes across the various laptops (some of which were fully-charged and not good tests). I’ve so far seen up to 80W from a single USB-c port with that meter. I’ll try to do more testing to give more information added to the review later. If you have questions, post them to the product listing and I’ll try to answer them. But with very limited time and very limited testing, I’m going to call this a big win for a 100W USB-C PD charger. The only complaint I have so far is no PPS support, otherwise it’s a winner and will be living in my laptop backpack for the office or travel.

WOW, this is a premium, solidly built extension USB hub with 2 outlets for standard plugs. Smaller than an IPhone or Galaxy phone it sits on your desk discretely out of the way but gives you C, A and plug versatility without having to go behind the computer or under the desk.

I used this product to replace a bulky surge protector and several power adapters that was mounted underneath my desk, and it has saved so much space by being so thin (and having the built-in charging ports). This product does not have surge protection for the AC outlets – which was unnecessary for me since I have it plugged into a second surge protector, but may be worth keeping in mind for others. Additionally, the pop-up outlets have held for the month or so I’ve had this product even though it’s mounted upside down, but I do have additional adhesive cable clips to reduce stress on the plugs and socket. I’d advise this for other people as well since they’re a bit wigglier compared to a traditional power strip. While a bit pricey for someone who has never spent a dime on products only for power, it has definitely been worth it – the detachable AC cable is of really nice quality compared to my old power strip. Support has mentioned that they would be willing to replace broken ones, and offered to send me an extra as well for the time being while they’re not available separately on Amazon. My interaction with them has been great.I’m using this charging station for my MacBook Air, AirPods, Apple Watch, and also iPhone. It handles all of them flawlessly without heating up too much – but I don’t have any high-draw devices that might push the limit of 100W on the charger.Overall, one month in and I’m very satisfied with the product.

Overall really enjoying this charging station, however it does have a very steep price point in my opinion. I was looking for a charging station for my PC setup and this one is perfect. I can charge my MacBook at my desk finally, and I am able to charge whatever other devices I need. This has now become a staple to my setup but I would recommend you pick this up while it’s at a discounted price. Anker always does a ton of sales and I basically have almost all Anker products for charging. Love it!

Was looking for something that had a light plug (for airplane use) and also was capable of charging at 65w or more. This fits the bill perfectly, while also giving me extra options for additional devices. It’s thin and light, fit perfectly I to the back seat pocket of an airplane for travel. The cord is longer than I needed but is flexible enough to not be a problem.Well done Anker!

Although this is marketed for travel, i use this as a supplemental power station for my desk. In that regard, this product has been perfect. The pop-up outlet design is magnificent and it’s amazing being able to have AC outlets easily accessible whenever i need them without having to take up too much space. It also adds to the practicality since i can expand the USB ports available if my needs exceed the available ports on this product by plugging in a USB charger. The USB ports work as advertised and i have been able to charge my iPhone at 1% per +/- 1 minute when paired with the appropriate USB-C lightning cable.
