I’ve bought this product many times. I bought the three pack of color and installed all three, they are all showing up as empty and the printer will not work. When I opened them out of the package, none of them had the foil seal on the tip of the ink cartridge like it usually has and look to be almost empty. I tipped my computer at 45° angle like some people recommended on here and still I did not recognize that the printer had any ink, I did not replace my black ink and that one is fine. It’s just brand new three colors cartridges that I bought.

Always get original printer ink like this one. I tried few times buy cheaper non original ink and they leaked and almost damaged my printer.

The product is fine the ink that I ordered but I didn’t receive my 3 reams of paper and my order stated that I will receive all three in this delivery order I only received two things color ink and black ink !
