While AOC has already announced a slew of high-performance gaming monitors this year, they don’t seem to be showing any signs of slowing down. Another high-end gaming monitor has been added to the ever-expanding AGON family, this time equipped with an impressive 27-inch 1440p 240Hz mini-LED panel.

The new AGON AG274QZM was announced recently, with an official release date of June 2022. It will deliver excellent gaming performance thanks to a plethora of tailored specifications that include a 1ms GTG response time. Thanks to mini-LED backlight technology, the AG274QZM will also offer stunning HDR performance that has been VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified.

If you like the idea of the AG274QGM but don’t have the performance power to dive 300Hz at 1440p resolution, the AG74QZM could be the one for you.

AOC AG274QZM design

As far as design goes, the AOC AG274QZM looks relatively similar to the other monitors within the AGON family. It features a predominantly black design with slender bezels on the top and sides. The bottom bezel features an AOC logo alongside some of the monitor’s VRR functionality.

A large V-shaped stand can be seen protruding from the underside of the monitor, equipped with a logo projection system that illuminates your desk with the AGON logo. The materials of the stand and the body of the monitor are mainly unknown at this stage, however, at this price, you’d expect decent materials to be used throughout.
