The Season of Alola is currently in full swing in Pokémon GO, and we’re more than halfway through exploring the four Alolan Islands; Melemele, Akala, Ula’Ula and Poni. Alongside the launch of the Spring into Spring event this April, players will receive the An Ula’Ula Adventure Special Research Story, exploring the third Alolan Island and its deity, Tapu Bulu, who will be appearing in five-star Raids for the first time.
Trainers can complete An Ula’Ula Adventure at any time, but those who complete all four of the Alola-region-themed Special Research Stories – A Melemele Adventure, An Akala Adventure, An Ula’Ula Adventure and A Poni Adventure – before June 1, 2022, will receive a fifth, exclusive Research Story. This End-of-Season Special Research story can be collected between May 25 and June 1, depending on when you complete all four previous research lines.

An Ula’Ula Adventure tasks – Part 1 of 4
- Catch ten Pokémon — Ten Pokéballs
- Complete three Field Research Tasks — Five Pinap Berries
- Earn five hearts with your Buddy — Eight Razz Berries
Rewards: Weepinbell encounter, 500 XP, 500 Stardust
An Ula’Ula Adventure tasks – Part 2 of 4
- Take three Snapshots of wild Pokémon — Oddish encounter
- Use seven Berries to help catch Pokémon — Seedot encounter
- Catch five Pokémon with Weather Boost — Sunkern encounter
Rewards: 1 Charged TM, 500 XP, 500 Stardust
An Ula’Ula Adventure tasks – Part 3 of 4
- Walk two kilometers — Alolan Geodude encounter
- Complete five Field Research Tasks — 15 Pokéballs
- Catch five different species of Pokémon — Alolan Sandshrew encounter
Rewards: 1 Premium Raid Pass, 1,000 XP, 1,000 Stardust

- Send five Gifts to friends — Ten Great Balls
- Catch 15 Pokémon — Seven Pinap Berries
- Win a raid — Alolan Vulpix encounter
Rewards: 15 Ultra Balls, 8,000 XP, 3,000 Stardust
