Myriad Software has updated its PointCentric retail management software (RMS) with new enhanced barcoding features that give home furnishings retailers the ability to conduct real-time inventory receiving, inventory transfers and cycle/physical inventory.
The new barcoding features also includes updates to barcode scanning at the point-of-sale and allows users to scan the item and add it to the cart. The new features were revealed in March at Myriad’s 32nd Annual User’s Conference.
“We’re always trying to make our cloud-based PointCentric the best RMS possible for home furnishings retailers,” said Carolyn Crowley, President of Myriad Software. “Adding these enhanced barcoding features takes that a step further and gives them the ability to perform inventory and POS functions faster, more efficiently and more accurately.”
