Best Spellshot Starting Build – Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Guide

[ad_1]

Last Updated:

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is out right now and if you are just starting with the class of your choosing here are some tips on which skills are the best for early game. In this article we will go over Spellshot starting build in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

Note! For early game I will assume the first 15 levels of your gameplay time. I will cover end-game builds in the future after a lot more information is known about the game like legendary gear and more. This article will be focused on the first 15 levels of your character.

Spellshot Starting Build Explanation

I focused on gun-oriented skills and not about skills and their critical damage. You do not need your skills to crit in the early game, because enemies are not that strong yet. Being able to focus on your weapons is a good thing to do early on. You will also use polymorph skill and not ambi-hextrous.

Spellshot Class Feat – Spellweaving

Casting a Spell or reloading a weapon grants the Spellshot a stack of Spellweaving, increasing Spell Damage. Spellweaving stacks automatically decay after a few seconds.

Casting a Repeating Spell has a chance to award additional Spellweaving stacks with each Repeating Cast.

Spellshot Action Skill – Polymorph

The Spellshot turns an enemy into a Skeep for a few seconds. If the enemy is immune, the Spellshot instantly casts a free Spell on that enemy and gains two free stacks of Spellweaving.

While Polymorph is active, any player that damages the skeep has a chance to cast a free spell. This effect is guaranteed the first time the Fatemaker deals Gun Damage. If the Spellshot casts a free spell this way, they gain a stack of Spellweaving.

Spellshot Starting Skills

Prestidigitation – 3 points

Gain increased Reload Speed.

More pew pew!

Magic Bullets – 3 points

A portion of all bonuses the Fatemaker receives to Spell Damage is applied to their guns.

Boost spells, boost guns as a result.

Mage Armor – 1 point

Whenever the Fatemaker gains a stack of Spellweaving they restore a portion of their Ward.

A great survivability tool that has synergy with your class feat.

Just Warming Up – 5 points

Gain increased Fire Rate for every Spellweaving Stack.

More fire rate equals faster dying enemies. Simple.

Glass Cannon – 1 point

The Fatemaker’s Ward no longer automatically recharges, but they gain drastically increased Spell Damage.

You need to be careful with this skill because it will stop your ward from regenerating automatically.
