Whipped Cream Biscuits
Whipped Cream Biscuits are the easiest biscuits you’ll ever make!
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
-
Use a mixer and whip the cream until peaks begin to form.
-
Mix in the flour with a spoon until dough is sticking together to form a ball. I just flatten out with my hands and cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter. You can also just drop these.
-
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
