I have been a customer for several of Tozo’s excellent earbuds, and was offered the opportunity by Tozo to try out their S3 smartwatch. I took them up on their offer and would like to offer my take on the watch and how it compares to another smartwatch I have, the Fitbit Versa 3.Let me start out by saying that the Tozo S3 is an amazing deal. At a price that is a fraction of the price of the Fitbit, it is hard to believe that Tozo can put out a watch of this quality at the price at which they are offering it. While there are a few things that the Fitbit can do that the Tozo cannot, for the most part the Tozo can do everything most people are going to need. Here are some positives and negatives:POSITIVES:1. The battery life has been great. It is at least double what I get from the Fitbit. I know there are a lot of factors that influence battery life, and there are some things that the Fitbit can do that impact battery life that are not an option on the, such as the ability to have a power saving setting that still shows the time constantly. I do use that setting, and I’m sure that impacts the Fitbit battery life. But that feature is probably not needed by most people anyway, and the battery life on the Tozo has been very impressive.2. The display is crisp and clear and set up logically. The physical button on the Tozo makes it easy to get into the menu system. Although it does not appear that you can tap the screen on the Tozo to wake it up like you can on the Fitbit, the wrist action setting works well.3. The app is excellent, and there are lots of option in the app to add many different exercise routines. More than what is available on the Fitbit.4. The Bluetooth phone connection works very well, and I was able to place and answer calls without a problem. Not unexpectedly, the sound is tinny due to the tiny speaker involved, but it was still clear and very usable.5. They have many nice watch faces available for download for free, and I found one that shows all the information on the main screen. It’s nice that they give you so many options.6. The Bluetooth connection was easy to make and works well. No problem making or maintaining the Bluetooth connection.NEGATIVES:1. I like to keep track of my heart rate, and while the screen does show the heart rate on the different exercise routines, the heartbeat readout is very small, whereas it is much larger and easier to see on the Fitbit. It is not easy to see without having to bring the watch closer to you. On a personal level this is probably the biggest complaint I have with the watch, although it would not stop me from buying it. If Tozo sees this review I hope they will consider increasing the size of the heartbeat readout, since it appears that there is plenty of room to do that.2. There is no GPS. I am listing this as a negative here only because this could be an issue for some people who are walking outside and want an accurate distance calculation beyond what the watch can do on its own. The Fitbit does have GPS. Of course, I’m sure that is one of the things that accounts for the big difference in price. For me the lack of GPS is not an issue at all, since my exercise is all done indoors. If that is your situation, then you would just be paying for something you don’t really need with the Fitbit.3. The Fitbit has a read out that shows what they call “Active Zone Minutes”, which takes into account your heartbeat level to determine how good a workout you are getting. I like that because I can tell at a glance how good a workout. While the Tozo does show you what percentage of time you spent in each heart rate zone, it doesn’t have this additional calculation to show you a combined score using what Fitbit calls their “Active Zone Minute” readout. While this is certainly not a dealbreaker by any means, this would be a great addition to the Tozo if they could do it.I don’t want to put this as a positive or negative, but potential purchasers with small wrists should be aware that the watch is fairly large. That, or course, is a positive in terms of the amount of information you can put on the screen, but if you have small wrists (like I do) you might want to consider one of the smaller Tozo smart watches if you plan to wear this all day. I only wear the watch when I am exercising, so it’s not an issue for me, and I like having the larger screen. The watch and the band are both comfortable. Just something to keep in mind if you have small wrists.Overall I think this watch is an incredible value. I don’t know how they can put out a smartwatch this good at this price. As long as you don’t need GPS I would certainly recommend giving this watch a try. I have been impressed with Tozo’s earbuds, and what I found with this smartwatch is consistent with that. I recommend this product highly.

Great little product for the money. Was only $40, but at that price point, it does everything I need it to. Tells time, syncs with phone for calls and texts, tracks exercise, monitors heartrate, manages music, let’s you set reminders, timers, alarms, and plenty of other useful features. It will even ring your phone if you misplace your phone, even when it’s on vibrate or silent. My only 2 criticisms are: I wish it had a lock screen so that nobody could access it when you arent wearing it, and I wish it was wireless charging compatible. Otherwise, great product for the money.

I haven’t used all the features but am very glad I bought this. I’d stopped wearing watches and now realize it’s worth wearing them IF they have features I want and if the price is reasonable and the appearance is good. It’s a fabulous deal for that.Heart rate tracking and step counting and reporting are superlative .I LOVE the find my device option so I can either find the misplaced watch or the misplaced phone , even when muted….. that’s Golden for me !I wish the watch app had the ability to capture the in-phone GPS data and have a simple interface to provide key information of your choosing on the watch.Battery life is good, appearance is great but don’t operate the screen at high brightness unnecessarily or you pay for that in shorter battery life.I played with the sleep options, testing / observing until doing this became tiresome , which assisted falling asleep!Being able to manage and access my music on the phone is great. It does sometime disconnect from my phone and that’s the only ding I have.It looks great and not cheap and it’s a value in an entry smartwatch!Glad I got it and very unlikely you will be sorry….. plus, in my earbud experience with Tozo, if any questions or problems arise , they will help you fix it quickly or send a new one …. Even if 6 months after buying. TOZO cares about their customers

As I am the proud owner of S2 smart watch , i decide to buy my kid the S3 as birthday gift. Afyer the use of about 5 weeks I am really impressed and now llokinh to upgrade mine now. The S3 Smartwatch is an exceptional wearable device that surpasses expectations with its wide range of features. Boasting a comprehensive fitness tracker, this smartwatch accurately monitors your daily activities and provides valuable insights to help you achieve your health goals. The heart rate and blood oxygen monitor are really accurate and can easily be checked. One standout feature of the Tozo S3 is its advanced sleep monitor, which tracks the sleep patterns, much better than the previous generation. The app helps a lot to see the and provides detailed analysis to help improve the quality of rest. Additionally, the IP68 waterproofing ensures that you can wear this smartwatch in any weather condition or during water-related activities without any worry. It is light weight and offers an amazing long time of 10 days of continues use.The great charging life of the S3 is a definite plus, as it allows you to use the device for an extended period without constantly needing to recharge it. Overall, the S3 offers a combination of fitness and health monitoring features along with durable waterproofing and long battery life, making it a top choice for those seeking a versatile and reliable

I choose the Tozo S3 mostly because it’s from Tozo. They have great products at affordable prices AND if something goes wrong I know their customer service is 5 star. I really like the look of the watch and the band. It was very easy to connect to my phone and all features seem to work well. The app is easy to use. I can’t speak to the exercise portion too much except to say the step counter is accurate and I like the way it monitors and records my sleep. I mostly wanted a watch that could notify me about calls/texts, emails, etc., and this watch does all of that. You can answer/make phone calls. It shows your text messages and has option to delete old messages. You can also store up to 10 contacts from your phone. It keeps up with the weather, and I can play music too. The speaker is clear and works good. I’m very pleased with this watch overall and only have 1 minor complaint which is the watchfaces. My last watch was really cheap and didn’t work very well at all, but there were 200 different watchfaces for free and you could personalize them or use your own photos and choose which features you wanted to see at a glance on the screen. Hopefully Tozo will catch up with some of the other apps soon and give us more choices and control over the watchfaces, but otherwise this is a good watch for the price and I have already recommended it to a few people who have asked me about it.**edit 1 month later**Tozo watch did not last. Health features stopped working on day 28. Customer service was responsive but weren’t able to restore the watches features. I am in refund process now. I take reviews seriously because I rely on other people’s reviews and experiences. I still like Tozo and would purchase other products from them, but buyer beware on this S3 watch.

I have had this watch since December 28th and wanted to wear/use it a bit before posting a review. Today is January 11th so I’ve had some time to really see what it’s made of. That being said, i cannot say enough great things about this watch. Of course the price is AMAZING but so are all the features! You you can call AND talk through iy as well as send quick reply texts and receive / monitor all messages and selected app alerts. The health features are great as well, from the step counter to my favorite the sleep monitor. It is super comfortable to wear and I literally have barely taken it off since receiving it and that goes for at night/ sleeping with it! There are a ton of different style watch faces to choose from right from the app, no having to download something every time you want to change it. All the features work great, it wears great and I couldn’t be more satisfied unless it was free!! I’d be careful with the band as the pins used to attach the band are small and a bit delicate so this is not the watch you’d want if you work hard with your hands, etc. It would still be great buy you may be replacing the band. I would suggest a more rugged/industrial style smart watch. Also, if you have larger wrists this may be a bit small for you. I’m 6’3 and 215 lbs just to give you an example and I can only put it on the next to last watch banf hole. It is still comfortable though and I wear it constantly. Over all this an EXCELLENT watch at an AMAZING price with a TON of AWESOME features. If I could give it ten stars I would!!!!!

I know it says that it’s a fitness watch, and yeah, it can absolutely be used like one, but I use it as a smart watch. The instructions are trash, so this is what you need to know. Click the button twice to get to the rest of the features. That’s it, lol. All joking aside, the app is great! It doesn’t track you unless you want it to, and I don’t need my watch to track where I go for a run, only the amount of steps I take, which it can do without tracking your location. It holds about three days worth of info, so I unpair at night and re-pair in the morning, that way I get my sleep info without wasting watch+phone battery. In the Tozo Health app there’s a location to make premade response messages for texts. If there’s something you say a lot (“O.K.,” “Will Do,” “Thanks,” etc.) you can set them up there and use them on the watch. I don’t know the limit, but I’ve written a whole sentence and it works just fine. Speaking of the info, the sleep info is fairly accurate for me. I know others have said it isn’t for them, so I don’t know what to say to that, but it is for me. Also, the step counter can be off, but I’m not counting my exact number of steps; I have a range and it falls into it so I’m happy. On the app you can decide what other apps it’s allowed to see, so if you’re real cautious you can unclick (all apps are clicked on by default) something like a banking app. Images do not come through on the watch, by the way.You DO NOT need to go through the “I have a different type of phone to pair” thingy. You’ll understand when you download the Tozo Health app. Just turn on BT and it’ll pair up just fine.To make a call you either need to know the phone number by heart or you need to add the contact into the app. I barely call people so this wasn’t an issue for me, but YMMV. You can receive all calls from any phone number. There was another reviewer that said to turn off the auto-wake to save battery and it’s no joke. I get about two days on auto-wake, but I turned it off and I charge the phone once a month, give or take. It takes about two hours to charge from depleted, though the charging cable likes to not sit properly. If I had to complain it would be about that. It’s magnetic, but if it’s not situated just perfectly it doesn’t work. The strap could be better. I have adult sized wrists and the strap where it clasps together keeps popping open. I do have a complaint about that part, too. I’ve also managed to accidentally hit the smart watch against things, and it’s a little scratched up, but it works just fine!Music! I LOVE that it doesn’t play through the watch. I have a BT speaker and I can pair both watch and speaker to phone, then play music through speaker. If I’m in a different location than my phone, say, when I’m cleaning, I can control the BT speaker from my watch. That being said, the range of watch away from phone is suspect. I don’t know the exact amount of distance before it doesn’t work. I lost my watch and tried to use the “locate watch” on the Tozo Health app and it said watch was too far away, even though they were still paired. I found the watch one room over, so another YMMV situation. As a side note the smart watch works while wearing regular gloves, not just touch-smart gloves. It also comes with a mega load of different watch faces. All in all, however, considering it’s a literal smart watch for this price? I think I paid about $35-$40, can’t remember the exact price, but it was on sale. This is a steal, and if you want one that won’t track your location, sell your data, but still keeps up? This is it.

I bought this watch a month ago & like to get at least a month under my belt with any new electronic before giving a review.Pro:* Wireless connection is via Bluetooth and has a fairly long range, about 30ft.* Great watch for basic needs sure as making phone calls, getting text & notifications, health info (step counter, heart rate, stress test, blood oxygen level, breathing exercises, sleep tracker & tester).* Phone calls sound really good. There is a small speaker built into side of watch, side opposite of side control button. You can hear person speaking pretty good & speaker has 6 levels of loudness. I have been told I sound better talking with watch than my phone.* Weather app that is pretty accurate & gives you basic weather forecast for current day & 3 days out.* Multiple different backgrounds pre downloaded & also customerizable your any picture you have. I have my 2 dogs on mine & love it!* I don’t know the exact battery size but mine lasts about a week on one charge. I wear mine everyday & mess with it on a regular basis. When you do need to charge watch, only takes about an hour or so to charge.* Display is very clear to see & has 5 levels of brightness. Screen is decent size (approx. 1.25″ x 1.25″). I wish it came with screen protector but not a make or break by no means. If you swipe up on the main screen, there is menu that has multiple controls such as brightness adjustment, do not disturb / silence phone, find my phone feature ( your phone will ring like someone is calling), low power mode (power saver for watch) & settings button.* Watch band is silicone & very comfortable for all day wear. Sometimes it is a little difficult to latch but don’t take long at all to get use to it.* I have had a few times were the watch got wet & one fully submerged for a sec. The watch still works just fine so I would dare to say that it is water resistant to a certain extent. I would not be worried if I got stuck in the rain with my watch on but remember to remove before you go swimming. Lol!* I can control my music on my phone, car stereo, etc when using music on my phone. I can go forward, backwards, pause & volume.* You can set up reminders & alarms. I can set up drinking water reminder, get up & walk reminder, & many more.* Flashlight button that lights up whole screen bright white. You wouldn’t think it’s very bright by looking at it, but in complete darkness, it really does help.* The watch comes with a USB charging cable and the charging port on the inside of the watch connects very quickly.* You have full access of your watch through the tozo health app. The app really helps you customize your watch and gives you access to all of the watches features.Cons:*Would be really cool if the watch was totally waterproof but for the price, it is water resistant enough to hold up to most light water situations.* The home band is nice but it would be nice if you could buy different bands.* You would think if it allows you to access music on your phone, sometimes, you could access your songs all the time. Since there is a speaker on your watch, why can’t you listen to your music through your watch?* The USB charging cable is fairly short as in a foot. Would be really nice if the cable was at least twice as long. The charging port on the back is magnetic however, the magnets aren’t very strong at all. The watch becomes disconnected very easily. Needs stronger magnets or the ability to clamp or plug into the watch.* When the watch does disconnect to your phone due to your phone, being out of range of the watch, would be nice if it would automatically reconnect once you were close to your phone again.* When you get messages that are or include pictures, it would be cool if you could view said pictures on the watch. On the same note, it would be really cool if the watch had a talk to text feature. The watch does have quick reply options that you can program with the app.* The calling button has favorites that you can set up with the app and a dial pad, but it would be really cool if you could also access your contacts from your watch.Well, That is pretty well. Everything I can think of after owning this watch for a full month now. If anything changes, I will definitely put up an update review.Overall I really do like this watch and especially for the price, it really is pretty impressive. I would definitely buy it again and recommend to anyone that is looking for a basic smartwatch with slight upgrades. I Hope this review helps with your decision making and happy bargain hunting to you all!

First, I am a watch connoisseur – I have a LOT of watches. I have only ONE problem now – I don’t wear any of my other watches!! Instead, I only use my TOZO S3 when I choose my daily watch, because it’s honestly the best watch (and that includes other digital watches I have) that I have owned so far!! I love the quick charging, the choice of a LOT of different digital watch faces, the ability to see messages on the watch quickly, answer calls on the watch (which just makes me laugh every time, reminding me of James Bond 007 every time I use it), and also the battery life. I charge it every night, but that’s just because I prefer to – I actually don’t have to! The only Con that I have is not even TOZO’s fault, it’s the watch band – I have big wrists (since I am 6’2” tall) and I could use a slightly larger band, but that’s not a deal killer – even with that one issue, I still prefer to use this watch everyday. I love that it replaces the need for a FitBit (tests heart rate, counts steps, and KCals), so I don’t even use those anymore either!! The newest watch faces (and they keep creating more every time I look) include a battery display – which is actually something I asked for when I first got the watch. Unlike other companies (yes – Apple, I am mainly speaking to you here), TOZO listens to customer ideas and as in the case with the battery display, they clearly listen and try to incorporate those ideas when feasible. THANK YOU TOZO!!!I have recommended the entire line of products by TOZO to numerous friends and family members, because I haven’t had a single product that I didn’t love (I also have several headphones made by them), and clearly plan on trying many others. Any problems have been QUICKLY corrected and with no issues with customer service – try getting that from most companies today. Yeah, it’s near impossible to get most companies to even respond, let alone do everything they can to help. So, if you are on the fence about trying the TOZO S3, or any other products by this company – JUST ORDER IT! I guarantee you will be satisfied, or they will help you become satisfied in the end.
