Honey garlic pork chops in the crock pot or slow cooker is an easy recipe and so good. Serve these honey garlic pork chops with the sauce over rice, noodles or even mashed potatoes for a meal your family and friends will love. I used the pineapple rings in this recipe but you could use the chunks or even the crushed pineapple. This recipe makes a lot. You could cut it in half for less servings. You could also thicken the sauce or gravy by removing the meat from the pot and adding a little cornstarch and turning the pot to high for about 20 minutes or so. You could thicken on top of the stove, too. You might also like our recipe for applesauce pork chops in the crock pot.
