These Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts are so easy to make and a wonderful side dish to any meal. The cheese gets really crispy which my family loves. Only a few ingredients and you can make these up in no time. They are delicious dipped in ranch dressing!
Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts Ingredients Needed:
Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Only five simple ingredients and these come out great. I always double the batch because even those that don’t like brussels sprouts seem to love these. The addition of the crispy cheese makes these so good. You could add any other spices your family loves and mix in different cheese, but the parmesan cheese gets really crispy. I buy the parmesan cheese that is already shredded in a bag. Not the powder kind that comes in a bottle.
Also these are so good with ranch dressing. We love to make our own, if you do too, check out our recipe. Easy to make and homemade is always better!

Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
Easy and delicious side dish!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 lb of Brussels sprouts ends trimmed and sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil divided
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese grated
-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place brussels sprouts in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper, and toss until mixed.
-
In a 9X13 baking dish cover the bottom with the other tablespoon of olive oil. I used a paper towel to line the bottom. Spread cheese over oil.
-
Take sprouts, cut side down and place firmly on top of cheese. Twist them to make the cheese stick.
-
Roast in oven for 25 minutes.
Be sure and pin these delicious Brussels Sprouts!
