🥣HOW TO MAKE
Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, combine buttermilk and vanilla instant pudding, and whisk together for about 2 minutes until it has thickened.
Step 2: Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and stir together. Crumble about seven cookies. Fold whipped topping and cookies into the pudding mixture. Serve in dessert bowls and top with a gingersnap cookie.
⭐TIPS
- If you aren’t going to serve immediately, then place in refrigerator until serving. Add the cookie crumbles right before serving.
- Don’t forget this recipe can also be served as a dip. It makes a fabulous appetizer.
WHAT TO SERVE WITH PUMPKIN FLUFF
Graham Crackers and sliced apples go well with this fluff. You can use any type of cookies that you like. Our Cinnamon Pecan cookies and Maple Oatmeal cookies are both wonderful options!

You can, but it won’t be as good. You can’t taste the buttermilk in this recipe. The fat content in the buttermilk adds a wonderful texture and makes this fluff creamy. We highly recommend not replacing it.

HOW TO STORE
Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for 3-4 days. I don’t recommend freezing this recipe.

- 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- Gingersnap Cookies 7-10
