Easy Baked Apple Fritters Ingredients Needed
Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract
Apples, finely diced and peeled
Butter, melted
Recipes Notes: You could easily add pecans or raisins to these fritters. If you like a lot of spice, you could easily add nutmeg, all-spice, etc.

Easy Baked Apple Fritters
These easy baked apple fritters will quickly become a family favorite!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 12.4 ounces of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of finely diced peeled apples
- 1 tablespoon of butter melted

Preheat oven to 350. Cut each of the cinnamon rolls into 8 pieces. Mix together cinnamon rolls, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and diced apples. Drop 1/3 cup of mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle each apple fritter with a bit of the melted butter.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until brown. Use the cinnamon roll glaze that comes with the package of cinnamon rolls and drizzle over fritters. Makes around 8 apple fritters.
