This Almond Berry Crumble Pie is super easy to make and absolutely delicious, topped with ice cream. If you like sweet and tart together, this is the perfect pie for you. The combination of strawberries and raspberries is so good, and then you add the almond crumble topping, which is a game-changer. This pie would be a great addition to any summer gathering!
Almond Berry Crumble Pie Simple Ingredients:
Deep Dish Pie Crust
Strawberries
Raspberries
White Sugar
Cornstarch
Almond Extract
Brown Sugar
All-Purpose Flour
Rolled Oats
Almond Slivers
Butter
As you can see, this pie is made with super simple ingredients, and it comes together really quickly. That is one thing I love about pies; they don’t take a lot of work, especially if you buy the premade pie crust. I like the premade ones you roll out, it saves time, and they are good. However, nothing beats homemade, and if you want to make your own, here is our recipe for Homemade Pie Crust.
I haven’t tried it, but so no reason why you couldn’t switch out the fruit in this easy recipe. I think just about any combination of fruit would work.

Almond Berry Crumble Pie
Delicious berry pie with crumble topping
Servings: 6 servings
- 1 9 inch deep dish pie crust
- 4 cups of strawberries quartered
- 3 cups of raspberries
- 2/3 cup of white sugar
- 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of almond extract
- Crumble Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of almond slivers
- 4 tablespoons of butter – cold

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine berries, cornstarch and sugar, mix together and set aside.

Combine all crumble ingredients except butter. Cut butter into small pieces and add to topping mixture until crumble.

Pour berries into pie crust and top with crumble mixture and bake on 400 for 40-50 minutes.

Let pie cool completely before slicing. Delicious topped with ice cream or whipped topping.
