It does what it’s expected to do, no issues.

The media could not be loaded. I have no complaints so far. Delivery was quick and set up was easy. Been wanting to add speakers upstairs but we are having a Halloween party this weekend so the time was now. Works as described, and seems well made. I was looking for just a two channel but nervous using off brand equipment. Pyle was the only decent priced name brand and it was 4 channel. Now they I have it I will be running speakers outside and the garage with it. I paired it it with the Pyle 6.5″ in ceiling speakers. The box says 8 ohm minimum but the 6.5s are 16 ohm and it works perfectly.

The selector is pretty straight forward to hook up and seems to be working fine. The manual is pretty limited. There is a Protection button on the switch and the manual says almost nothing about what it’s purpose is. From contacting the manufacturer, the reply they sent was “The protection button will ensure that the audio output is smooth and clear. And this will prevent certain unwanted boost.” I still wasn’t sure what that meant. Basically I wanted to know if it was supposed to be on or off and what determined when it should be used. I asked more directly and was told “It will be your preference to turn off or on the protection. But it’s better to turn it on always to have protection full time.” Don’t know why the manual doesn’t say that.Update: The switcher is working fine, but not sure about the company. They say they will send you a free microphone if you leave a review. After you leave the review the microphones are “Out of Stock”. I’ll update if it ever shows up.

I’m very satisfied, and it provides excellent volume to all my speakers throughout my apartment.

It is small, easy to use and does a great job! Easy to hook up. Allows us to separate outside speakers from inside speakers. GREAT PRICE!

I’m using it in my garage controlling 3 sets of different speakers.

I purchased this item to add an additional two speakers to the bar area of the house running from a pair of already existing speakers. Additional wires could not be run back to the amp so this was a solution to that problem. Impedance matching was necessary so this fit the bill.

I have 4 sets of speakers hardwired throughout the backyard patio area. Each area has different volume requirements so this switch box was the bees knees. I love the fact that the device is not powered and handles 100W of power. This replaces an old switch box that had been in place for nearly 20 years.

This allows me to connect two or more speakers around my house to a common base eliminating confusing wires and making it easier to play music where I want it. Was even able to separate indoor and outdoor speakers. Impressed ! Lightweight and sturdy. Great value

I’m actually using this switch with hard-to-drive headphones, so that on shutdown when the speaker amp caps discharge – my headphones don’t release a loud “BRAP” that might be damaging.Reading the many reviews about the protection button being backwards – I took out my multimeter before installing and confirmed that when the button is pushed IN, 3 ohm’s get added in series to whatever speakers (or headphones) are engaged. If the button is pushed OUT, then there’s no additional load – the resistor is out of the speaker path.I was initially concerned that the switch added noise or killed some treble, but after A/B testing today I can confirm that there’s no audio difference in my setup.I believe other folks’ reviews that build quality may be shoddy – but I apparently got a good one, it works exactly as it should and adds nothing to the music. I’m quite happy with this purchase.
