I have Sonos speakers in my home gym but the lack of bass was disappointing me. This thing claps. Super happy with the purchase. Does great. Home gym is a 2 car garage and this thing will make the walls shake if you want it to. I have its larger counterpart for my living room and I think that one is better for movies. This one is perfect for music.

Super easy to set up, works very well in a smaller room, adds bass but also makes dialog clearer probably by removing some of the work the front speaker (Arc / Beam) is having to do.

I started building my game theater piece by piece and I should have bought this sub sooner, it gives more range freedom to the bar and surrounds and the sound is noticeable.I have tried the setup with arc+300’s+mini that I found out later it’s an overkill for the size of my family room and it sounds amazing. Also tried with the beam+mini sub setup in the playing room and it makes the beam sound ten times better. It doesn’t have the power of the sub but if you need it for a medium size room it’s probably more than enough and complements the other speakers outstandingly.

WOW… does this mini subwoofer pack a bunch of bass! You can feel it throughout the room into the kitchen!! The BEST investment to pair with the 2 Sonos Era 100s and the Sonos Ray!!!

For many years, I have enjoyed my stereo setup of Sonos 1 speakers in my living room. The highs and middle frequencies were great, but I always missed the lows. I refused to spend $800 for the Sonos Subwoofer, so when I realized that Sonos was offering the Mini Sub at about the half the cost of the larger Sub, I splurged and bought it. It took a little while to get it connected to my network but, when it did connect, and I started playing music through it, all I can say is WOW! It was like getting a whole new stereo system. The Mini Sub is compatible with, and works so well with the small Sonos 1s. The sound is now so complete. The system is in a fairly large space with high ceilings and, when playing all types of music and vocals, this setup gives the impression of a having live performances in my living room. I would very highly recommend the Mini Sub.

This made such a huge difference. Previously I was just using the Sonos Beam and thought it sounded pretty good. But, adding the sub mini was like wow. So much depth. I didnt know what I was missing.

I have the Sonos Beam and two Play 1s in my living room for audio, and always wanted a subwoofer both for music and movies. But the room size doesn’t justify an $800 subwoofer. And given the closed Sonos ecosystem, that seemed to be the only choice. Until the Sub-mini came out. At half the price and half the size, it seemed the ideal solution. What tipped the balance was my research suggesting that the sub-mini would increase the quality of the output of my other speakers by routing the deeper tones toward the sub and allowing the other speakers to focus on the frequencies they were better at. I didn’t necessarily BELIEVE it – but it was enough to make me click “buy.” And they were right. After I got it connected and set up through Sonos – and set the levels appropriate to the room – which is much less than the unit is capable of – I tested it. Old school. I played a song. Unplugged it. Listened again. Plugged it back. Walked around listening to the other speakers. Did it a few more times. The sound quality of my other speakers improved greatly in clarity and tone when the sub-mini was connected. Well worth it especially if you are already invested in the Sonos product line. Oh – last thing. It passes the “water” test. You can put a glass of water on top and the water will barely move. The speaker is completely stable. Impressive.

We live in a 55+ manufactured housing community. Our living room space is modest. We have been enjoying the Sonos Arc soundbar for a couple of years and I thought adding a Sonos subwoofer would add depth to the sound. I thought about the full-sized sub, but besides the big price, it would have overwhelmed the room with its power. The Sub-Mini was the perfect choice and does a great job.

Sonido que se acopla al entorno donde lo ubiques en conjunto con otras bocinas Sonos y la función truplay configuran un audio armónico en la habitación.
