PERFECT! Love the sturdiness and looks.Exactly what I was looking for to fit my Garmin Edge Explorer for my bike. Use it daily and stays put on handlebar, never shifts place or gets loose. The two inner rubber bands with different thickness to choose from that’s included, helps it to stay on tight and also helps to not scratch your handlebar.Highly recommend!

This product is great. I never have to worry about my Garmin falling off during a ride, and since it sits in front of the handlebars, it doesn’t get in the way.

I’m really happy I bought this. I have the Edge 200 and use it all the time. But the rubber bands that hold the mount (the default one that comes with the Edge) on the handlebars where breaking from time to time. I had to order more. It was too easy to twist the rubber bands and break them if you weren’t careful. This extended mount, however, is huge a improvement. The install is easy. It comes with two rubber fitting, one thick, the other less so. You unscrew the hex screw (the tool for doing this is in the box) and fit it over the round rubber attachment and then tighten it. Solid grip. No wiggle. The Edge 200 (and I’m sure any Edge with this mount) fits in cleanly and securely. Much easier than that rubber band mounting device. The fact that this extends the device out just a little from the handlebar almost makes it a little easier to check the data.Highly recommend this.

I tried three other non-Garmin mounts for my slightly larger Edge Explore, thinking I could get away with a cheaper price, but each had flaws that made them unusable for the Edge Explore. The Garmin mount sits flush with the top of the handlebar so the handlebar does not get in the way when you turn the GPS unit for mounting. Also, this mount comes with two rubber (not hard plastic) adapters that have matching grooves within the handlebar ring, ensuring a solid, cushioned mount for your GPS unit.

Garmin Out Front Mount comes with a 2.5 mm Allen hex wrench, both thick & thin rubber shims. My 22.5 mm diameter MTB handlebars expand out to 31.75 mm diam. in center where I installed the mount using just the THIN rubber shim. Tightened down screw almost to its stop, and it grips the bar perfectly at 31.5 mm diameter point.. Edge 500 rotates to lock in securely, either forward-back position (or rotated 90 degrees side-to-side). The Mount appears to be sturdy and attractive

i was using after market mounts and they were causing the pins on my garmin to break. This is actually cheaper in the long run because it has been the only one ive needed and the garmin pins have not broken since.

Holds the bike computer well, although I do wrap the elastic around it a few times which is also linked to the bike computer (just in case). I’ve used this holder many times and in many harsh weather situations with no problems.

I tried an aftermarket mount for my Garmin, but it didn’t fit. It was too large, so I wrapped electrical tape around the bar and mounted the cheap mount on top. Unfortunately that didn’t work well. I finally bought this Garmin mount, and it’s definitely worth the additional cost over the cheap mounts because it just works.
