This Toffee Banana Bread is super easy to make and has a wonderful flavor. The combination of the toffee bits and the banana is so good and would be a great addition to any breakfast or brunch. You could also easily add this to a charcuterie board too!
Toffee Banana Bread Ingredients Needed:
Sugar
Butter
Eggs
Bananas
All Purpose Flour
Baking Soda
Salt
Toffee Bits
Chopped Nuts
This banana bread is made with simple ingredients and comes together quickly! We love this bread with pecans but you can always use walnuts or just leave the nuts out all together. I think this bread would also be delicious topped with a simple Powdered Sugar Glaze. You could add the glaze right before serving.
The toffee bits are made by Heath (like heath bars) and found in the baking isle at the grocery store. They are with the chocolate chips. We really enjoy cooking with them and have made made recipes with them lately. These No Bake Butterscotch Cookies are made with them and are delicious!
