Here are some great Christmas side dishes. Some families make a big Christmas Eve Dinner and some wait till Christmas day. No matter when you celebrate the holiday, the side dishes are so important! We all have those dishes we look forward to ever year. For me, I just can’t have a Christmas lunch without my mother’s creamy mashed potatoes or my grandmother’s barley casserole (This casserole is different but every guest I’ve ever had at my holiday table has loved it. Give it a try!). Forget the presents, I gotta have those two dishes to make it complete! If you’re stumped on side dishes this year……….here are some of the best!
