Lenovo will release a new gaming tablet tomorrow, which is going to compete with the iPad mini. As you should know, it’s dubbed the Legion Y700. Today, the company released a few posters disclosing the last highlights of the product ahead of the launch. According to the poster, it will be the world’s first dual X-axis linear motor tablet.
Lenovo Legion Y700 Specs
Lenovo said that the Legion Y700 is the first Legion product that uses a large X-axis linear motor jointly customized with AAC. It supports dual-domain three-dimensional vibration and customized 300+ vibration effects.
As for the rest of the key features, the Lenovo Legion Y700 will sport a Snapdragon 870 processor and various memory options such as 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB. At the same time, to provide the best gaming experience, it will use an 8500 square millimeter VC soaking plate for heat dissipation. The tablet will also feature an 8.8-inch LCD screen. This display will boast a number of outstanding parameters, including 2560*1600 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 500nit brightness, DC dimming, and Dolby Vision support. The battery capacity is 6550mAh and it supports 45W fast charging. Lastly, the interfaces include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD port, and a USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port (fast charge, video output, and OTA).
Lenovo Legion Y7000P / Y9000P Specs
Along with this tablet, the manufacturer will also announce other gaming products in face of the Legion Y90 gaming phone and Y7000P and Y9000P gaming laptops.
Today, the company also disclosed the key specs of these laptops through promo videos.
Legion Y7000P
The new Legion Y7000P adopts a metal design with a screen size of 15.6 inches. The display also comes with a 2560*1440 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 300nit brightness, 100% sRGB color gamut, and supports Dolby Vision.
In terms of configuration, this gaming laptop will use i5-12500H and i7-12700H processors, whereas the graphics cards are either RTX 3050 or RTX 3050 Ti. Other than that, the Legion Y7000P will sport 16GB DDR5-4800 memory and 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. Also, the laptop will adopt dual fans + 3 heat pipes for heat dissipation, which can achieve a 45+95W performance release.
Lastly, there will be various ports on the sides, such as 1 Thunderbolt 4 interface, 3 USB-A interfaces, 2 full-featured USB-C interfaces, 1 wired network port, 1 HDMI 2.1 interface, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The forthcoming Legion Y9000P will adopt a double-sided metal design and come with a 16-inch four-sided narrow border screen. This display will have a 2560*1600 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 500nit brightness, 100% sRGB color gamut, HDR400 certification, and supports Dolby Vision.
Under the hood, the Y9000P gaming laptop will host either i5-12500H or i7-12700H processors and come with graphics cards RTX 3060 and RTX 3070 Ti. Regardless of the processor and graphics card version, it will come with 16GB DDR5-4800 memory and 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. In terms of heat dissipation, the new Y9000P adopts dual fans + 5 heat pipes for heat dissipation, which can achieve a 45+130/140W performance release.
Finally, the laptop will offer various ports, including 1 Thunderbolt 4 interface, 3 USB-A interfaces, 2 full-featured USB-C interfaces, 1 wired network port, 1 HDMI 2.1 interface, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
