Peanut Butter Fudge The Southern Lady Cooks

My family loves fudge and this easy peanut butter fudge is definitely a favorite. We love peanut butter and we love chocolate so this is the perfect sweet treat. I know a lot of people only make fudge during the holidays but we enjoy it year round. It’s so simple to prepare and it’s nice to just have a little bite of somethign sweet after dinner.

Peanut Butter Fudge Ingredientes Needed:

Peanut butter

2 sticks butter, or 16 tablespoons

Powdered sugar

Chocolate chips

Walnut pieces

Recipe Notes: nuts are optional in this recipe. Of course, you can use any nuts that you like.

This simple peanut butter fudge recipe is DELICIOUS!

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 sticks butter or 16 tablespoons
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • In a pan on low to medium heat melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter. Remove from heat and add sugar. Mix well with a spoon. Fold in walnuts.

  • Spray an 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan and pour in fudge. Place in the refrigerator for several hours until hard enough to cut.
